The 2006 Vintage represents a classic expression from this historic maison, founded in 1834, during the final years under the Jaboulet family ownership before its acquisition by the Frey family in 2006. This vintage showcases the power and complexity that pure Syrah can achieve on these ancient granite soils, producing a wine of remarkable concentration and ageing potential that exemplifies why Hermitage is considered one of France's greatest red wine appellations.
